← Retour au babillard d'emplois Entraîneur adjoint Clarington Swim Club is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable part-time assistant coach. The ideal candidate is interested in pursuing coaching as a career and looking to commit long-term. They will demonstrate strong leadership skills and an effective, professional communication style. This role involves providing high-quality coaching from September to June, as well as attending swim meets throughout the season. In addition to on-deck responsibilities, the coach will complete administrative tasks such as meet entries, updates to families, and other assigned duties. The successful candidate will work closely with other staff, and report directly to the Head Coach, contributing to the overall success and positive culture of the club.
Start date is September 1, 2026. All applicants will be held in confidence. This is a salary, part-time position based on 15-25 hours a week. Salary is commensurate with experience and may be discussed with potential candidates.
