The Manitoba Marlins Swim Club is seeking a range of positions in both competitive and precompetitive programming for the 2026-2027 swim season starting September 1st, 2026.
Manitoba Marlins is the largest competitive program in the province with a growing base of eager athletes operating out of Pan Am Pool, and Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex in Winnipeg.
The successful applicant will have, but not be limited to:
- Previous coaching or aquatic instruction experience at various levels.
- Organized, enthusiastic and dedicated to coaching responsibilities.
- Team player, positive person able to deal with parents, swimmers, and staff in a professional manner.
- Self-motivated, great teacher and open to mentorship.
- Member in good standing with CSCA, Swimming Canada, and Swim Manitoba.
- Willingness to complete all screening for Swim Manitoba Coach Compliance.
- Current police check / Child Abuse Registry Check.
- Valid drivers licence is an asset.
- Willingness to attend educational sessions and NCCP training at the discretion of the Senior Staff.
