The mentor coaches this year
include a wide range of experience and cover programs from small to large
clubs, national training centres, open water and Para swimming. Coaches
applied to visit a specific Mentor and were asked to provide information on
their coaching background, current status and goals.
2017-2018 CSCTA Mentorship Program -

The CSCTA
received an tremendous response to this program as 76applications were received
for the 10 positions. Each of the 10 selected coaches will receive up to
$ 2 000.00 from the CSCTA towards their Mentor visitation which should be
completed by December 31, 2018.
The CSCTA formed a committee to review all applications received and have
carefully selected the successful candidates. In order to remove any
perceived bias, the committee did not have access to the names or other
identifying information for each applicant.
The CSCTA congratulates each of the successful candidates and would like to
thank each of the individual and program mentors for helping to make this
program successful.
