CSCTA AGM Reminder
The CSCTA Annual General Meeting will take place on April 1, 2014 immediately following the Technical Meeting for the 2014 Canadian Swimming Trials in Victoria, BC (approximately 12:00 noon PST). Lunch will be provided.
Bylaw Changes:
During the AGM, CSCTA Members will be asked to vote on approving new Bylaws for the Association. These changes are required due to changes in the Canadian Society Act. A "Track Changes" version is included below in English only.

Board Elections
During the AGM elections for the CSCTA Board of Directors will take place with three positions available for election. Election is for a seat on the Board of Directors with the assignment of specific Board portfolio positions to be determined by the Board at their first meeting following the AGM. Each elected position is for a term of 2 years.
Anyone wishing to nominate a Member may do so in advance by contacting Chris Hindmarch-Watson or from the floor during the meeting. Nominations received prior to March 25, 2014will be included on the printed ballot while nominations from the floor will be added during the meeting.
