During the CSCTA AGM on November 27, 2009 four members were elected to the Board of Directors.  Specific Executive portfolios were determined by the Executive following the AGM. 

The four elected members were Jan Bidrman, Lance Cansdale, Peter Carpenter and Tom Johnson.
