"Dean has been an integral part of Canadian Swimming for the past 35 years and in the more recent development of the CSCTA. In his role with the CSCTA he helped to raise the level of professionalism amongst coaches and oversaw the most successful CSCTA National Conference in September 2014. On behalf of the CSCTA Board of Directors and the entire Membership of the CSCTA I would like to thank Dean for all his work on behalf of the Association and wish him all the best in his new role with the Danish Swimming Federation." - Chris Hindmarch-Watson, CSCTA Executive Director
“I’m very excited about my new position with Danish Swimming. I look forward to the challenge for myself in the role as National Coach to work with the Sport Federation, the Coaches, Swimmers and Clubs to keep the promising momentum of world class swimming into RIO 2016 and carry forward to Tokyo 2020. I feel my 6 years with Swim Ontario and Canadian swimming in the role of Provincial Mentor Coach has given me experience and developed necessary skills to work with the stakeholders of Danish High Performance Swimming to pursue World Class presence." - Dean Boles
