Please find below new and amended rules passed at the FINA Extraordinary Congress November 29, 2014. Swimming Canada was able to source the full version of these rules direct from FINA publications yesterday. Please note that there are also extensive new and amended Doping Control and Open Water rules that apply to swimming as well. These changes will be circulated in due course.
