Mark brings many years of expertise in program, athlete and coach development, and a track record of success at all levels of competitive swimming. He is a Swim Canada Learning Facilitator and a Level 4 swim coach whose focus for the last five years has been coaching education. Mark’s administrative experience includes budget development, program management, and strategic planning. He has a deep passion for our sport and is very much looking forward to getting to know the Manitoba swim family.
